Allow me to share a real-life example: A former client of mine recently assumed an executive-level position at a tech company, overseeing a team of over 50 engineers. During one of their initial department meetings as the team lead, they shared a story about a team member who had taken a bold and innovative approach to a project. By recounting how this individual's unconventional thinking had led to a profitable business solution generating billions in revenue, the team leader ignited a culture of innovation.
